Stupid Milon

In “Old Milon” by Guy de Maupassant Milon is a stupid sixty-eight year old man. He had a good life; he had a son and two grandkids. Milon got too cocky and left the two dead men in his yard. He just laid there in the hay with a huge gash on his face. When the Colonel was asking him questions he cold have said he had not down it instead of yelling “I did!” and “It was I” in a clear voice. Also after he had killed four men he didn’t stop he only took a break. A four day break isn’t enough time and he killed two more men at that. Finally when he finished his story the Colonel tries to help Milon and not kill him Milon spats in the Colonel’s face.
